Item 8.01. Other Events.
The
Company has filed an amendment to its Preliminary Proxy Statement on Schedule 14A
(File No. 000-50590) on February 7, 2005, in response to a letter from the staff of the
Securities and Exchange Commission. As a result, the special meeting of stockholders of
Corporate Road Show.Com Inc. (the Company) originally scheduled to be held at
9:00 a.m. EST on February 10, 2005, at the offices of Chadbourne & Parke
LLP, 30 Rockefeller Plaza, New York, N.Y. 10112, has been postponed.
Notice
will be given in compliance with federal securities laws, the Companys Certificate
of Incorporation and By-Laws, and the New York Business Corporation Law once a new date,
time and place for the special meeting of stockholders has been determined by the
Companys Board of Directors.
