Ocuphire Pharma, Inc. (the “Company”) appointed American Stock Transfer & Trust Company, LLC (“AST”) as its transfer agent and registrar effective April 9, 2021. All the Company’s registered shares of common stock
have been transferred from Olde Monmouth Stock Transfer Co. to AST.
