Other Events.

On September 27, 2023, Ocuphire Pharma, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration approved RYZUMVI™ (phentolamine ophthalmic solution) 0.75% for the treatment of pharmacologically-induced mydriasis produced by adrenergic agonists (e.g., phenylephrine) or
parasympatholytic (e.g., tropicamide) agents. RYZUMVl™ is expected to be commercially available in the United States in the first half of 2024.
Additionally, as a result of such approval, $10 million is owed to the Company by Viatris Inc. under the terms of the Nyxol License Agreement for the achievement of a
regulatory milestone.
